When I arrived I was greeted with a very warm welcome by all of the women. After I Checked in, Mrs. robin greeted me with a BIG smile and a firm handshake, keeping eye contact the whole time, asked me how my day was and how I wanted my hair cut. I explained what I would like and just like a professional she asked me a few times to ensure I received a quality hair cut. With each section of hair she cut, she would stop to make sure I was happy with it. With her attention to detail and her very high level of customer service, it makes me going anywhere else to get a hair cut not even a close option. This level of customer service is what is missing with a lot of businesses and shows the true core level of this woman's character and her dedication to her career. Robin thank you so very much for the star treatment and making my little 5 year old feel special and like a rock star! He usually gives us a hard time about hair cuts because he doesn’t like the clippers but with you he was right at home and so relaxed!
