They lie about their times. If you are closed at ?7 pm? on a weekday put that on the door or online. Don?t say it?s 8pm when you won?t accept people at 7 like that doesn?t make sense. Online and on the door it says 8pm but they won?t take a customer at 7? Normally I wouldn?t mind but I drove out here since they supposedly closed at 8.

Friendly staff, but the haircut was now what I asked. I asked for one thing with a picture of a previous haircut and they cut it way shorter. In fairness, it's not a bad hair cut. It's just not what I wanted.

I always go to sports clips they know how to cut hair, and the MVP allows for a great relaxing time if just getting off from work or on weekends. Without the MVP is also great but I completely recommend it. They have sports and other things on to look at or watch while waiting or busy with a hair cut. Their MVP service is amazing and I completely recommend getting it once at least.

All 3 times I've gone there my hair and beard were completely trashed. There were always 2 to 3 people in the lobby and always names on the board for online scheduling saying 1h30 for the wait. You could hear any one of the women answer the phone and say it's a 3-4 hour wait. They've taken walk ins while I waited and watched with my wife and children in the car. All of the employees would be complaining to each other about having to be there, how late they're going to have to stay, how many people were coming in or calling. One woman went as far as to sigh and roll her eyes when it came time to remove my mask and trim my beard;which was also completely butchered by the time she was done. Even though I've continued to tip generously and return for service it is the same environment and I will not be returning or wasting my money at sports clips again.

It was really messed up one side was higher than the other and i had a weird dip in the back.I went back to get it fixed they did it for free but it's still messed up i won't go back!! I'M EMBARRASSED TO WALK AROUND IN PUBLIC!!! If you're used to getting a good fade from a barber DO NOT GO HERE!!

There is a ridiculous wait time for a haircut. The service at the location has been declining over the past year and today I decide that I will not return. I went into the app and checked in when I arrived and there was a145 minute wait. I left, went to Supercuts, received a very good cut, went to the grocery store and shopped, went to the pharmacy and home in that same 145 minutes. I checked the app and all the Sports Clips on the Southshore had 35 to 45 minute waits. Poor management at this location.
